Our general rules:
No parties | No extra guests | No smoking
Underage drinking and illegal drug use are against the law, any activity that breaks the law is strictly against our policy.
No firearms, fireworks, or any other related explosive devices are allowed on the property.
How far are you from the river?
We are 3.6 miles from the river (from Magers Crossing).
We are about 5 miles from Garner State Park.
Can I bring an extra guest?
We do not allow extra guests beyond the maximum for each house (7 thelma and louise, 4 Hippies&Cowboys and Wild&Free, 2 Cactus).
If you bring an extra guest beyond the listed maximum, they will be asked to leave
Do you have quiet hours?
We love and respect our neighbors. Our quiet hours are from 10:30pm-6:00am. No loud music, or partying will be tolerated.
Do you have a washer and dryer?
No, but there is one at the Citgo station 4 miles away.
How do I get into Garner?
Order a day pass online (asap).
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, all of our houses are pet friendly. We do charge a flat rate pet fee of $60. Dogs must be leashed at all times, kept off linens and furniture, and never left unattended.
Is there a fire pit/ bbq pit?
Each house has a fire pit and bbq pit, bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, our wifi reaches all of our houses.
Where can we eat?
Hippie Chics, Neals, The Golf Course, Concan General Store.
What is there to do?
Float the river, Hike at Garner state park, Frio Bat Flight.
What time is check in/out?
Checkin is at 4pm / Checkout is at 10:00am
Cleaning...
Though we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used, empty the trash can, and leave any used beds unmade. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
Extra Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property and in houses. Anyone who is not registered will be asked to leave.
We do not allow extra guests beyond the maximum for each house (7 Thelma and Louise, 4 Hippies and Gypsy, 2 Cactus).
Towels
Be sure to bring your own beach towels to take to the river. The towels we provide are to be used in the houses, and not taken to the river. We do provide bed linens, and other essentials.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Requests for Cancellations will not be processed without written notice. Email cancellations can be made by the registered guest only.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, you are entitled to received a full refund less 25% of one nights rental fee.
If you cancel within 60 days prior to your arrival date you will lose 100% of all your payments unless we can rent the lodge for the entire stay at the full rate. If it can be rented, The Inn Between will refund 100% of your payments, less 50% off first nights rental.
There is NO guaranteed refund for reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival date. Alterations will be treated as a cancellation and the policy would apply as such.
NO PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Do I need to bring my own Firewood/Charcoal?
Yes. We do not provide these items but they can be purchased locally and convenient stores in the area.
