This bright and airy one room studio tiny home is located right off of highway 83, about 3.4 miles from Garner Park and 3.3 miles from the Third Crossing/Seven Bluffs drop off point at the Frio river. We are close to the water, yet away from the crowds.
A cozy spot perfect for two people to relax after a day of floating the Frio or exploring Garner State Park. The Cozy Cactus features a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, as well as a fire pit and BBQ pit outside.
