REVIEW AND APPROVE POLICIES
We ask that all guest please respect our cottages and tiny homes and leave them in the same condition as you found them. Observe the “NO PETS”**( Exception Hippies and Cowboys is PET FRIENDLY)**, “NO PARTIES” and “NO SMOKING” rules. Please respect our “QUIET HOURS” from 10:30pm-6:00am.
To maintain the cottages and tiny homes in a safe and comfortable condition, we MUST limit the number of guests per cottage or tiny home.**MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS BASED ON HOW MANY THE COTTAGE OR TINY HOME SLEEPS**. If you are found in violation, eviction will occur with NO REFUND.
Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid credit card and drivers license.
DEPOSITS & CHARGES
A cleaning fee will be added to all online bookings upon submission approval.
All properties will be inspected after guest check out to ensure no damages have been done. Any damages made by guest or excessive messes are subject to a fee to be determined by management, and will be charged to card holder on the reservation details.
Check in- 4:00pm , Check out- 10:00AM. Any party Checking out past check out time may be subject to late check out fees at the discretion of The Inn Between.
Requests for Cancellations will not be processed without written notice. Email cancellations can be made by the registered guest only.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, you are entitled to received a full refund less 25% of one nights rental fee.
If you cancel within 60 days prior to your arrival date you will lose 100% of all your payments unless we can rent the lodge for the entire stay at the full rate. If it can be rented, The Inn Between will refund 100% of your payments, less 50% off first nights rental.
There is NO guaranteed refund for reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival date.
NO PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Unusual or extenuating circumstances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Inn Between
The party making the reservation becomes the responsible party for payment and the actions and behavior of all others that may occupy the cottage or tiny home during the rental period.
I accept responsibility for any injury to me that may occur, and I hold The Inn Between and Jake and Leah harmless from any action or claim that may arise as a result of any injury or accident.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Inn Between, its officers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits and liability of every kind, including all expenses of litigation, court costs and attorneys’ fees, for injury to or death of any person or for damage to any property arising out of or in connection with the activity in which I am participating today.
I accept full responsibility for any damage done to houses during the trip, and will compensate The Inn Between for any broken, damaged, or missing items.
