You’ll be runnin’ free in this eclectic, bright and airy one bedroom tiny home. Colorful accents, African wax fabric, and plants galore, you’ll be glamping in style. Located right off of highway 83, about 3.4 miles from Garner Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River, you love crashing here after a day of floatin’ the frio and exploring Garner State Park.
The space
Enjoy the tranquility of front porch sittin’, bird watching, the relaxation of Frio river floatin’, or gorgeous hiking at Garner Park. We are only a few miles away from both Garner State Park and thr Frio River (the Third Crossing drop off spot in Concan).
This area is surrounded by birds, who make daily appearances in the morning. So far, we’ve spotted an Indigo Bunting, Vermilion Flycatcher, Eastern Bluebird, and even the rare Golden Cheeked Warbler!
Though this is truly a place to get away from it all, and enjoy nature, friends, and family, we do have free wifi to help you stay connected.
Feel free to browse our orchard and pick fruit when in season, or select fresh herbs from our herb garden for cooking. We have apple trees, plum trees, a fig tree, apricot tree, pear tree, and peach tree. All of our trees were planted with you in mind. We hope you enjoy our fruit as much as we do!
Guest access
You will have full access to this one bedroom tiny home, including the front porch, picnic tables, and bbq pit.
Interaction with guests
We cannot wait to meet you! We live on the property and are available to help with all your Concan needs. We love to hangout with our guests, but also love to give our guests space. We’re always up for drinks and a campfire if you want to chat!
Think of us as new friends, or your own personal concierge service.

**Any extra guests beyond the maximum amount for this house will be asked to leave. The maximum for this house is 4 people. We will not allow any more people beyond this amount.**
Be sure to bring beach towels. We do not provide beach towels, and will charge for any missing towels.
