Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Concan Glampsite, LLC, operating as The Inn Between (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website, inquiries, reservations, guest services, and communications.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you inquire, make or manage a reservation, create an account, contact us, or choose to receive messages. This may include:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, and account information.
  • Reservation details, including accommodations, stay dates, guest counts, selected extras, requests, and correspondence. Please do not include sensitive personal information in optional notes unless needed for your request.
  • Payment and transaction records, including amounts, payment status, refunds, billing details, payment-provider identifiers, and limited card details such as card brand and last four digits. Stripe processes online card payments; our booking application does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
  • Information needed to verify a reservation or the responsible guest’s identity, including identification when required by the rental terms.
  • When you opt in to texts, your messaging number, consent choice and record, reservation association, message contents, delivery status, and opt-out information.

Our website and providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with availability searches and checkout. We may receive reservation or payment information from booking channels and service providers you use to arrange a stay.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries; verify and manage reservations; process payments, refunds, and authorized charges; provide arrival and departure information; support guests; maintain accounts; and operate and improve the website and accommodations. We also use records to prevent fraud and misuse, resolve disputes, enforce applicable booking terms, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations.

Booking communications may be sent by email or other contact methods appropriate to your request. Optional text messaging requires separate consent. Providing a phone number on a booking or contact form does not by itself enroll you in texts.

Service providers and other disclosures

We disclose information needed by providers that help operate our services, such as website hosting and database providers, account authentication, payment processing, email delivery, text delivery, analytics, and guest support. Our booking technology includes Stripe for online payments, Clerk for accounts, Supabase for booking records, Resend for email, and Twilio for text messaging. Providers receive information relevant to their function, subject to applicable agreements and law.

We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to lawful requests, to protect safety or legal rights, or to address fraud. If the business is reorganized or transferred, relevant business records may be included subject to applicable law and privacy obligations. These provisions do not authorize sharing mobile information or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes, or transferring consent to another sender’s messaging program. The mobile-information protections below govern over any broader disclosure language in this policy.

Mobile information and text messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, telephone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes lead generators and other businesses seeking to contact you for their own promotions.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any general permission to share information. We do not pass your consent to another business so that it can send messages. Limited access by messaging providers, including Twilio and participating carriers, is used solely to operate and deliver our messaging service, support it, and maintain consent and opt-out records, not for their own marketing.

The Inn Between’s optional reservation text program provides booking, check-in, and check-out information, including links to relevant stay information. Message frequency varies with your reservation and service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also contact jake@theinnbetweentx.com. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. We retain opt-out records as needed to honor your request. Opting out of texts does not cancel a reservation or prevent necessary non-SMS booking communications. See the text messaging terms for program details.

Cookies, analytics, and embedded services

Cookies and similar technologies support account sessions, checkout, security, and website operation. Where configured, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, accommodation views, searches, and booking activity. Analytics may process device identifiers, IP-related information, and interaction data. Embedded services, such as Google Maps on our contact page, may receive technical information when loaded. External social media links lead to services with their own privacy practices.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect sign-in, checkout, or other features. Browser controls do not necessarily stop every form of data collection. For questions about analytics or available privacy choices, contact us using the details below.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including managing stays, accounting and tax requirements, disputes, fraud prevention, and honoring communication preferences. Retention depends on the type of record, applicable requirements, and whether it is needed for an ongoing matter. A deletion request may not remove records we are required or permitted to keep.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our services. No website, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or identity documents through ordinary email or a contact-form message.

Your privacy choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about our privacy practices. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or sale, limit certain sensitive-data uses, or appeal a decision about your request. A description of a possible legal right does not mean that we engage in that activity.

Email jake@theinnbetweentx.com with the subject “Privacy request” and enough information for us to locate your records. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before acting. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To appeal a denied request, reply to our decision or email us with the subject “Privacy appeal.” Where applicable, we will explain our appeal decision and further complaint options. Texas residents may contact the Texas Attorney General about privacy concerns.

Children’s privacy

The website is intended for adults arranging travel, not for children under 13 to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. An adult may provide information about accompanying guests necessary for a booking. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address it.

Other websites and international visitors

Booking platforms, payment providers, maps, and websites you visit through external links may have their own privacy policies. This policy describes our practices, not every independent practice of those businesses. We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. A policy update does not itself enroll you in messaging or expand an existing text consent.
