SMS privacy

Our optional transactional SMS program provides booking confirmation, check-in information, and check-out reminders. SMS consent is optional and not required to book or purchase. Providing a contact phone number alone does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact jake@theinnbetweentx.com. Opting out does not cancel your reservation.

We store your messaging phone number, reservation association, consent choice, the disclosure and version accepted, consent timestamps, and opt-out records. We also store message contents, provider identifiers, delivery status, and delivery or failure timestamps to operate and support the program.

A checkout session cookie associates your messaging choice with the booking you are creating. Consent and delivery records help us honor your choices, prevent duplicate messages, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain records of consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, telephone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Twilio and participating carriers process the number and message information needed to deliver and support our texts. Limited provider access is used to operate the messaging service and maintain consent and opt-out records, not for their own marketing. We do not transfer your consent to another sender’s messaging program.
