SMS Terms

The Inn Between offers optional transactional SMS messages for your reservation: booking confirmation, check-in information, and check-out reminders, including links to relevant stay information. This program does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are delivered through Twilio and participating mobile carriers. Delivery can be delayed or unavailable; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is optional and not required to book or purchase. Providing your contact phone number or accepting rental terms does not enroll you. To opt in, select the separate text-message checkbox at checkout and provide the number where you want to receive updates.

Provide a number you are authorized to use. Let us know if the number changes. Opting out of texts does not cancel your reservation or prevent necessary non-SMS booking communications.
